Ms. Sumba has over 18 years of experience in the non-profit sector\, primarily in the areas of administration and operations supporting organizational growth; coalition-building and organizational development\, including governance; providing capacity building assistance services\, including training\, technical assistance\, and facilitation to clients and their stakeholders; and supporting community health improvement initiatives through qualitative data collection\, data synthesis\, planning\, and report development.
